Description

Experience professional-grade baking and decorating precision with the Kookie 40cm Reusable Piping Bag. Expertly designed for commercial kitchens, bakeries, and passionate home bakers, this heavy-duty pastry bag combines a robust canvas exterior with an easy-clean, leak-resistant plastic interior. Whether you are piping delicate buttercream, choux pastry, or heavy mixtures like mashed potatoes, the Kookie 40cm bag delivers exceptional control and long-lasting reliability.

Key Features

Dual-Layer Construction: Heavy-duty woven canvas exterior provides a secure, firm, slip-resistant grip, while the smooth plastic-coated interior prevents grease leaks and ensures effortless product flow.
Commercial Grade Durability: Built to withstand rigorous daily use in professional hospitality environments. Reinforced stitching prevents splitting under high-pressure piping.
Eco-Friendly & Sustainable: Minimizes single-use waste in the kitchen, offering a cost-effective, reusable alternative to disposable bags.
Versatile Capacity: The 40cm (approx. 16-inch) size holds an optimal volume of ingredients, reducing the need for constant refilling during large batch decorating.
Convenient Storage: Features a sturdy hanging loop at the base for fast air-drying and sanitary storage between shifts.

Specifications

Compatibility: Compatible with standard metal and plastic piping tips/nozzles (cut-to-fit tip).

Room Temperature Ingredients: Ensure your icings or batters are smoothly mixed and free of hard lumps that could catch and cause tears under pressure.

Empty Residue: Scrape out any remaining contents into a bin before washing.

Warm Water Rinse: Turn the bag partially inside out and rinse thoroughly under warm running water to remove fats and sugars. Use a mild, food-safe detergent if necessary.

Drying: Hang the bag upside down using its built-in fabric loop. The canvas-plastic composite is designed to dry quickly, ensuring it is ready for your next shift or baking session. Avoid harsh commercial bleach or abrasive scouring pads to preserve the waterproof lining.
