What types of delivery methods does TEM IMPORTS offer?

• Australia-Wide Shipping: We deliver all over Australia using a wide range of trusted couriers.
• Express Same-Day Delivery: Available for Melbourne Metro suburbs. (Note: If express rates do not appear at checkout for your postcode, please contact us directly).
• Local Click & Collect: You can pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Derrimut, VIC 3026.     

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Courier Delivery Information

• Our Delivery Network: TEM IMPORTS partners with Australia Post and a range of trusted couriers for all outbound shipments.
• No Minimum Order: There is no minimum order requirement for courier delivery.
• Dispatch & Delivery Times: Confirmed orders are dispatched within 3 business days.
• Melbourne Metro: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• Interstate Locations: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
• Please note: Freight times are estimates and should be used as a guide only. TEM IMPORTS will not be held responsible for courier delays.
• Tracking Your Order: For the most up-to-date delivery information, please use our Tracking Tool. If you have not received your order within 7 Business days, please notify us via email.

Shipping Rates & Calculations

• Melbourne Metro Rates: Starting from $19.95.

Eligible Melbourne Metro Postcodes (as classified by Australia Post): 3000 to 3062, 3064 to 3098, 3101 to 3138, 3140 to 3210, 3800, and 3801.

• Base Rate & Manual Calculations: Depending on your location and the size/weight of your cartons, supplementary delivery fees may apply. In these cases, shipping costs will be calculated manually, and we will contact you with the correct charges. Selecting this option allows us to pack your order in the most economical way possible to save you money. Due to website limitations on automated shipping calculations, this manual process ensures you get the fairest price.
• Custom Shipping Quotes: Is your shipping cost looking a bit odd at checkout? Or are you looking to purchase a diverse range of different products and sizes? Please email us at info@temimports.com.au and we will look into alternative freight solutions not available on our website.

Important Terms & Conditions

• PO Boxes, Delivery Addresses & Redirections: Our couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes; a valid physical street address must be provided. Orders will be dispatched exactly to the address entered at checkout. TEM IMPORTS is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly supplied address. Please note that a re-delivery fee will apply if the order has already been dispatched and a redirection to a new address is requested.
• Liability & Fragile Items: TEM IMPORTS will not be liable for any loss or damage (including fragile items like glass) arising out of or in connection with third-party delivery services.

EXPRESS SAME DAY DELIVERY

Service Availability: TEM IMPORTS offers an express same-day delivery service for Melbourne Metro and select regional suburbs. Click HERE to see if your postcode is within our delivery zone and to view current rates

10:00 AM Cut-Off Time: Orders must be confirmed before 10:00 AM to be dispatched for same-day delivery.

PO Boxes: Express same-day delivery is not available for PO Box addresses; a valid physical street address must be provided.

Urgent & Special Requests: If you have an urgent delivery request outside of these parameters, please contact us directly on (03) 8353 2788 and we will do our absolute best to assist you.

CLICK & COLLECT

Free Service:  Our Click & Collect service is completely FREE

Preparation Time: Confirmed orders can take up to 24-48 hours to be prepared. Please note: During peak seasons and special promotional sales, we may require additional days to process your order.

Wait for Notification: Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification email. Please check your junk, spam, or promotions folders if you do not see it in your inbox. To avoid disappointment, please wait for this notification before coming to the warehouse.

·         Collection Hours:

• Monday – Friday:  8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday:  9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Please have your Order Number or Confirmation Email ready at the time of collection.

Express Pick-Up (2-Hour Window): Express pick-up within 2 hours can be arranged for an additional fee of $15.00 per order. Please note that this service is subject to stock availability and is not guaranteed.

Order Inspections & Liability: All customers arranging their own collections (whether picking up personally or using a third-party transport company) are required to check their order thoroughly before departure. Responsibility for the condition of the goods transfers from TEM IMPORTS to the customer at the point of collection.

8-Week Pick-Up Window: Customers are responsible for collecting their order within 8 weeks of receiving their ready-for-pickup notification email. Orders not collected within this timeframe will be cancelled, stock will be released, and a refund will be processed minus a $20.00 restocking fee. If you need to arrange a collection date outside of this timeframe, please contact our team directly.
