Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, products can only be returned to TEM IMPORTS for refund or exchange within 14 days from invoice date even if TEM IMPORTS is at fault.

TEM IMPORTS must be advised within 48hrs of the receipt of order for any Faulty or Incorrect goods. Please email us immediately to info@temimports.com.au with your order number, description of issue and photo of said issue. The Return Note can assist you with your return, we strive to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

If TEM IMPORTS is not at fault and the customer wishes to return product for incorrect choice or change of mind, subject to the rest of this clause being adhered to, the customer will:

1.Pay the cost of freight of the goods both to them and back to TEM IMPORTS, as well as a 10% restocking / administration fee.

2.Returned products can only be refund at the value equivalent to the original invoice purchase price of the products, less 10% restock fee.

3.The product must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in a re-sellable condition acceptable by TEM IMPORTS

4.Any goods that have been written on or defaced by You or your courier will not be eligible for return.

5.TEM IMPORTS only accepts complete cartons with no items missing (full carton purchase). TEM IMPORTS do not accept for credit sleeves of products nor individual items.

6.Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or refund on clearance items; Good sold as is.

7.TEM IMPORTS will not be liable for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the third-party Delivery Services. Any refund or replacement will be at TEM IMPORTS sole discretion, you are liable for any postage or shipping costs incurred if a replacement is offered.

8.Approved product returns must be returned to TEM IMPORTS within 5 days of the RO number being issued or TEM IMPORTS approval of return; or the goods will be declined and returned to You at your cost.

All returns outside the above conditions are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, if and only if TEM IMPORTS agrees to accept the return at the sole discretion of TEM IMPORTS. TEM IMPORTS is under no obligation to accept returns of Product from Customers.

Please fill in the Return Note, and attach to return item. 

Once item has been received, it can take up to 14days to process your return goods

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled in writing via email within 24hrs of order placed, without fees incurred*

If Order Cancel request is after 24hrs of Order being placed, Fees are applicable based on the below:

1.Order has been packed, but not dispatched, $5 administration fee is applied.

2. If your order has been despatched, customer will adhere to refund & returns policy above.

3. If TEM IMPORTS becomes liable to pay a Supplier’s cancellation or rescheduling fee due to Customer cancelling an Order, then TEM IMPORTS may recover those fees from the Customer

*TEM IMPORTS agrees to accept the cancellation at the sole discretion of TEM IMPORTS. TEM IMPORTS is under no obligation to accept cancellation of orders from Customers.

 Cancellation fee will be applied before refund is processed; it can take 2-5 Business Days for refund to process after resolution; via the payment method used for purchased. Please allowed up to 7 business days for transaction to show on your statement.
