How To Order
Ordering with Tem Imports is easy
Anyone can order from Tem Imports, Simply add our products to your cart and buy in bulk to take advantage of our wholesale pricing. The more you purchase the cheaper the product is, once your order is confirmed, your account will be registered with your nominated email address.
All our products can be purchased online & at warehouse (condition applies). We have a minimum orders quantities on some of our products with bulk discounts applicable - the higher the quantity the cheaper the unit price!
ORDERING ONLINE
STEP 1 - Search for Products
Locate the item you require either by using the categories in the menu bar or the search function at the top right of the website. As we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases, we highly recommend you request or order samples by calling our team on (03) 8353 2788. Alternatively you can email us at info@temimports.com.au to ensure that your product fits your chosen packaging.
STEP 2 - Add Products to your Shopping Cart
On the product page you can view more information and add the product to your cart. The unit pricing is displayed right underneath the title/product name along with the discounted table (Purchase more for bulk discount). Simply adjust the quantity, sizes, colours and others relevant then click the 'ADD TO CART' button. From here you can either check out or, continue shopping.
STEP 3 - Create a Free Account (for new customers)
Once you have added everything you need to your cart, select the 'checkout' button. Simply fill out all the required details to make payment for your order, if you have any special request please let us know as well. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email (Confirmation email) which will have all of the information of the order and a tax invoice download link.
By creating an account with us you will have access to our exclusive rewards (condition apply), track all of your past invoices, make online payments and re-order your favourite items with the click of a button.
STEP 4 - Finalise your Order and Make Payment
You can pay via Credit Card, Zip Pay, Pay Pal or Direct Deposit (for direct warehouse orders only).
STEP 5 - Once Payment has been Received - We will dispatch your Order
Once your order is ready; if you have selected by third party couriers, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. For 'click and collect' orders, you will receive an email notification once order is ready for collection from our warehouse.
ORDERS VIA EMAIL
If you are after larger bulk quantity or having difficulty ordering online, please drop us an email at info@temimports.com.au and our friendly team will reach out to you. Once order is confirmed an invoice outlining your order details, pricing and shipping cost will automatically be emailed to you for Direct Deposit arrangement.
Please note TEM IMPORTS will only dispatch fully paid orders.
WALK-IN ORDERS
We also accept direct warehouse walk-in orders; minimum purchase is $60, wait time from 1hours applies.
