Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

Please read our Pre-Order Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. By proceeding with a pre-order through TEM Imports, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below

1. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. Pre-orders will be processed once payment has been received in full.

2. Estimated Arrival and Delivery Dates

All arrival and delivery dates provided for pre-order items are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual timeframes may vary due to supplier production schedules, freight arrangements, customs clearance, stock availability or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

TEM Imports will make reasonable efforts to fulfil pre-orders as promptly as possible and keep customers informed of significant changes to estimated timeframes.

3. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel a pre-order must be submitted to TEM Imports within 24 hours of the order being placed.

After the 24-hour period, changes or cancellations may not be accepted because the order may already have been processed with our suppliers or entered production.

Customers are responsible for checking product specifications, quantities, pricing and delivery details before confirming their orders.

This policy does not exclude or limit any cancellation rights, remedies or other entitlements available to customers under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Delays, Stock Availability and Supplier Issues

While TEM Imports makes reasonable efforts to fulfil all pre-orders, delays or changes may occur due to supplier availability, production issues, freight disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will notify affected customers of significant delays, stock availability issues or supplier-related changes as soon as reasonably practicable and provide updates as further information becomes available.

If a pre-order item becomes unavailable, is discontinued or cannot be supplied, TEM Imports will contact the customer to discuss the available options. Depending on the circumstances, these may include:

• A suitable alternative product: Offered for the customer's consideration and subject to their agreement.

• A refund: Where the order cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be provided where required by law and in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

TEM Imports will not substitute a product without the customer's agreement.

5. Pricing and Refunds

The purchase price is confirmed at the time the order is placed and paid for. TEM Imports will not increase the agreed price after purchase due to subsequent supplier price changes.

Refund requests will be assessed in accordance with the TEM Imports Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Where TEM Imports cannot fulfil a pre-order, or where another circumstance gives the customer a legal entitlement to a refund or other remedy, the customer's applicable rights will be honoured.

A change-of-mind refund is not guaranteed and will be subject to the TEM Imports Refund Policy, except where a refund or other remedy is required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Order Collection and Dispatch

Warehouse collection

Once the pre-ordered stock arrives at the TEM Imports warehouse and is ready for collection, we will notify the customer. Customers should wait for confirmation before arranging collection.

Shipping and delivery

For orders arranged for shipping, TEM Imports will arrange dispatch as soon as reasonably practicable after the stock arrives and the order is ready for fulfilment.

Actual delivery timeframes depend on freight providers, destination and other delivery-related circumstances. Dispatch does not guarantee delivery on a specific date.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details and ensuring that someone is available to receive deliveries where required.

7. Customer Communication

Customers should ensure that their contact details are accurate and monitor communications from TEM Imports regarding their pre-orders.

If a delay, product change or supply issue arises, customers are encouraged to contact TEM Imports for an update. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant information and resolve issues promptly.

8. Australian Consumer Law

These terms operate subject to the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable laws.

Nothing in this policy limits customers' statutory rights in relation to consumer guarantees, faulty or misdescribed goods, failure to supply, or other matters covered by applicable law.

Where a customer's legal rights provide a remedy that differs from this policy, the applicable legal rights will prevail.

9. Agreement to Terms

By placing a pre-order with TEM Imports, customers acknowledge that they have read and understood these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions.

These terms should be read together with the TEM Imports general Terms and Conditions, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
