Description

Provada Commercial Oven & Grill Cleaner 20L is an industrial-grade, high-alkali cleaning formula engineered specifically for high-volume commercial kitchens. Formulated with high-strength alkaline agents and foaming surfactants, this heavy-duty chemical clings to vertical surfaces to break down stubborn, carbonized soils without requiring exhausting manual scrubbing.

Ideal for commercial ovens, hotplates, stainless steel grills, chargrills, deep fryer exteriors, and commercial rotisseries.

Key Features

High-Cling Foaming Action: Formulated with advanced foaming surfactants that stick to vertical oven walls and splashbacks, maximizing contact time for deep carbon penetration.
Rapid Carbon & Grease Breakdown: Concentrated alkaline formulation strips baked-on oil, grease, and polymerized fat deposits fast.
Reduces Labor Hours: Cuts down night-close cleaning time and physical effort required during end-of-shift kitchen teardowns.
Bulk Commercial Value: The 20-liter bulk drum ensures your venue remains fully stocked, drastically lowering cost-per-clean for high-use venues.
Rinses Clean: Leaves surfaces free of greasy residues when thoroughly rinsed with water.

Specifications

Recommended Surfaces: Heavy-duty stainless steel, cast iron, porcelain, and heat-resistant vitreous enamel.

DO NOT USE ON: Aluminum, zinc, galvanised metals, tin, brass, copper, painted surfaces, or self-cleaning catalytic oven liners. Alkaline chemicals cause pitting and severe etching on soft reactive metals.

Storage Keep away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and strong acids. Store locked up in the original tightly sealed container in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area.

Do not mix with other cleaning chemicals or acidic compounds.
