Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority at TEM IMPORTS. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund you.

Please check your order once received, if there is any issue, please advise us by email and quote order number.

* Returns will be accepted for products purchased online if they are faulty or the products delivered do not match your order. All claims for faulty or incorrectly delivered items must be received within 14 days from date of dispatch; Please send an email immediately to info@temimports.com.au with your contact details, description of issue and photo of said issue. We strive to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

* Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange or refund on clearance items; Good sold as is.

* TEM IMPORTS will not be liable for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the third-party Delivery Services. Any refund or replacement will be at TEM IMPORTS sole discretion, you are liable for any postage or shipping costs incurred if a replacement is offered.

* We accept change of mind returns within 14 days from date of dispatch; however, a number of items can incur 10% restocking fees if returned for incorrect choice, it is always best to contact us on 03 8353 2788  or info@temimports.com.au prior to returning goods to make an informed decision. Items must be returned in their original packaging and still be in an unused and saleable condition. You need to include a note detailing reason for return, invoice number and contact phone number. Goods returned without these conditions met may not be able to be refunded. Once we receive the item back, we will be in contact to discuss your refund or exchange.

 

Returns Process

To return an item, please send it to:

And also include the following information:

Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)

Your name, address and phone number

A description of the item you are returning

Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled in writing via email within 24hrs of order, without fees incurred.

  • If order have been packed but not dispatched, 10% cancellation restock fee may applies on value of order.
  • If your order has been dispatched, a return to sender request can be applied to your delivery. Once the parcel has been received back, your refund less shipping & 10% restock fee will be processed.

If your order was paid for using ZipPay, a cancellation fee will be applied before a refund is processed back to your ZipPay account.

Refunds will be issued 24-48 hrs after resolution, via the payment method used for purchased. Please allowed up to 2-3 business days for transaction to show on your statement
