At TEM IMPORTS we offer wide range of delivery options below:

* Click & Collect service is FREE ! Order ready for pick up will receive notification email or message; please check your junk/ spam/ promotion folder if not in your inbox.

* Order can be pick up from MON - FRI: 8:30am – 5pm / SAT: 9am-12pm

* FREE Same day pick is available for orders placed and paid BEFORE 12noon. If your order is urgent, please call us BEFORE placing your order to confirm that we can meet your deadlines and stock availability on (03) 8353 2788.

* All customers arranging their own collections (whether personally or their own courier) are required to check order and packaging thoroughly before departure. All responsibility for condition will be transferred from TEM IMPORTS to the customer at this point in time.

* TEM IMPORTS offer local delivery within 40Km radius from Derrimut (3026) Warehouse. Click here to see if you are in our delivery range.

* Confirmed orders are delivered within 1-3 business days.

* Should you have a special request for an urgent delivery, please contact us on (03) 8353 2788 and we will do our very best to assist you, condition applies* Urgent/Express Delivery fee may apply.

 

 >> COURIER DELIVERY  <<

Confirmed orders are dispatched within 3 business days, depending on how busy we are and if the item is in stock most orders placed within business hours before 2pm will be despatched the next business day. Estimated delivery arrival 2-10 business days.

Melbourne Metro: 2-5 Business days

Adelaide Sydney Metro: 2 - 5 Business days

Darwin, Gold Coast, Hobart, Launceston, Perth, Sunshine Coast, Townsville & other regional areas:   5 -10 Business Days

- The freight times offered are to be used as a guide only; TEM IMPORTS will not be held responsible for any time delay.

- For the most up-to-date delivery information, we recommend using our Tracking Tool. If you have not received order within 10 working days, please notify us by email.

- Order will be dispatched to the address provided at check-out; TEM IMPORTS are not responsible for order sent to an incorrectly supplied address.

- TEM IMPORTS will not be liable for loss or damage (ie. Glass) arising out of or in connection with third party Delivery Services.

- If email address was provided at check-out; you will receive a tracking email; please check your junk/spam/promotion folder if not in your inbox.

 

SHIPPING RATE CALCULATION:

>> $15 Flat Rate courier fee for Most Melbourne Metro suburbs. *Does not apply to Bulky Orders*

>> BASE RATE: Applies to Courier Delivery for Regional, Interstate or Area Outside Melbourne Metro - A standard rate is initially applied to order, Shipping cost will be re-calculated by our warehouse team in which a supplementary delivery cost may incurred depending on delivery location, size/weight of cartons. We will only then contact you with correct delivery charges, to complete order.
>>Selecting this option allows us to pack your order to the most economical way saving you in shipping cost.  Unfortunately our website has limitations on how shipping is calculated and this is the best solution at present.
