How does Store Pickup work?
Simply place your order online and select Store Pickup at checkout. Once your order has been picked, packed, and is ready for collection, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS. Please wait for this notification before visiting our warehouse.
Where do I collect my order?
Orders can be collected from the Tem Imports warehouse during our business hours. Our pickup address and opening hours can be found on our Contact Us page.
How long will it take for my order to be ready?
Most in-stock orders are prepared as quickly as possible, typically within the same business day or the next business day. During busy periods, preparation times may be slightly longer.
Can I collect my order immediately after placing it?
No. Please wait until you receive a Store Pickup Ready notification before arriving. This ensures your order has been picked, packed, and is ready for collection.
What do I need to bring when collecting my order?
Please bring:

Your order confirmation or pickup notification.

A valid photo ID.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they should provide the order confirmation and valid photo identification.
How long will Tem Imports hold my order?
Store Pickup orders will generally be held for 7 business days. If you require additional time, please contact our customer service team before the collection period expires.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes. Please notify us in advance with the name of the authorised person. They will need to present the order confirmation and valid photo identification when collecting.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been picked or packed, changes may not be possible.
Is there a fee for Store Pickup?
No. Store Pickup is a complimentary service offered by Tem Imports.
What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
If any item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, our customer service team will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives, a partial pickup, or a refund.
Can I inspect my order when collecting?
Yes. We encourage customers to check their order before leaving to ensure everything is correct.
