What types of delivery methods does TEM IMPORTS offer?
* TEM IMPORTS delivers all over Australia using a wide range of couriers.
* EXPRESS SAME DAY delivery is available for Melbourne Metro suburbs, please contact us direct if EXPRESS RATES does not appear on check out for your postcode.
* Local Click & Collect from warehouse in Derrimut VIC 3026
COURIER DELIVERY
* TEM IMPORTS uses a range of courier and Australia Post for all parcels send out.
* No Minimum order for courier ship-out.
* Confirmed orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Estimated delivery arrival 2-7 business days*. The freight times offered are to be used as a guide only; TEM IMPORTS will not be held responsible for any time delay.
* MELBOURNE METRO RATE From $19.95,
Here are the lists of the postcodes that are classified as Metro by the Australia Post: • Postcode 3000 to 3062, 3064 to 3098, 3101 to 3138, 3140 to 3210, 3800, 3801.
* BASE RATE: A supplementary delivery cost may incur depending on location, size/weight of carton. Shipping cost will be re-calculated manually, and you will be contacted with correct delivery charges. Selecting this option allows us to pack your order to the most economical way saving you in shipping cost. Unfortunately, our website has limitations on how shipping is calculated, and this is the best solution at present.
* Couriers do not ship to PO BOX; a street address need to be provided. Order will be dispatched to the address provided at check-out; TEM IMPORTS is not responsible for order sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
* TEM IMPORTS will not be liable for loss or damage (ie. Glass) arising out of or in connection with third party Delivery Services.
* For the most up-to-date delivery information, we recommend using our Tracking Tool. If you have not received order within 10 working days, please notify us by email.

SAME DAY DELIVERY
* TEM IMPORTS offer Express same day delivery service for Melbourne Metro and some Regional suburb. Click HERE to see if you are in our delivery range and rates.
* 10AM Cut off time for confirmed orders shipped within same business day.
* Express same day delivery service does not apply to POBOX Address.
* Should you have a special request for an urgent delivery, please contact us on (03) 8353 2788 and we will do our very best to assist you.
CLICK & COLLECT
* Click & Collect service is FREE! Confirmed orders can take up to 24-48hrs to be prepared*. During peak times and special sales, we will require additional days to prepare your order.
* Once order is ready, you will receive notification email; please check your junk/spam/promotion folder if not in your inbox. To avoid disappointment please wait for notification that your order is ready to collect before you come to the warehouse
* Collection hours from our warehouse are: 8:30am – 4:30pm Mon-Fri, 9:00am-12:00pm Sat. Please have your Order Number / Confirmation email ready at collection.
* Express pick up within 2 hours can be arrange with additional $15.00 charge per order ~ this is not guarantee subject to stock availability.
* All customers arranging their own collections (whether personally or own transport company) are required to check their order thoroughly before departure. All responsibility for condition of goods will be transferred from TEM IMPORTS to the customer at this point in time.
* Customers are responsible for arranging to pick up their ready order within 8 weeks of receiving email notification for pick up. Orders not pick-up within the time frame will be cancelled, stock will be released, refund process with $20 restocking fee applies. If you wish to arrange later date of pickup outside our permit time frame – please contact our team direct to arrange.
