Specifications

Please Note: Due to the nature of the manufacturing process jar may have light scratches or marks. This will not affect its use and is not considered a fault.

Cool Before Filling: Allow hot-process formulations (like melted body balms or hot sauces) to cool below 55°C (131°F) before pouring into the jar to prevent heat deformation.

Avoid Solvents: PET plastic is compatible with a wide range of water-based and oil-based products, but it is not recommended for high-concentration essential oils, acetone, or strong chemical solvents.

Storage Guide: To be stored in a cool, clean and dry environment. Bottles and jars are to be stored out of direct sunlight. To avoid the possibility of shrinking and deformation, packaging should not be stored in excessive temperatures. Please bear in mind that different products will behave differently depending on the conditions they are subject to.

Due to evolving safety regulations and individual courier restrictions regarding Dangerous Goods, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery to every address even within our standard service zones.

Return

TEM IMPORTS must be advised within 48hrs of the receipt of order for any Faulty or Incorrect goods. Please email us immediately to info@temimports.com.au with your order number, description of issue and photo of said issue. The Return Note can assist you with your return, we strive to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
