100% Plant-Based & Plastic-Free: Made from rapidly renewable bagasse fiber with zero PFAS added, petroleum linings, or synthetic coatings.
Hot & Cold Food Safe: Microwave safe and freezer friendly. Holds structural integrity with boiling hot broths or chilled salad bowls.
Commercial Compostable: Fully biodegrades in commercial composting facilities, returning organic matter to the soil without toxic residue.

Specifications

Hot Foods: Safe for foods and liquids served up to 100°C. For extremely hot liquids (near boiling soups), allow initial boiling steam to dissipate slightly before snapping on a lid to prevent excessive internal condensation build-up.

Microwave Reheating: Microwave-safe up to 3 minutes at high power. Ensure any external film or lid used in conjunction with the tray is also microwave-rated.

Cold & Frozen: Suitable for chilled storage and short-term freezer use. Avoid extended freezer storage without appropriate wrapping, as moisture migration can soften plant fibres over long periods.

Storage: Store cartons in a cool, dry place away from direct moisture and humidity before use.
Stock Rotation, practice FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management to ensure optimal material performance over time.

Due to evolving safety regulations and individual courier restrictions regarding Dangerous Goods, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery to every address even within our standard service zones.

Return

TEM IMPORTS must be advised within 48hrs of the receipt of order for any Faulty or Incorrect goods. Please email us immediately to info@temimports.com.au with your order number, description of issue and photo of said issue. The Return Note can assist you with your return, we strive to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
