We offer nationwide chemical shipping, subject to strict container size limits and carrier regulations. Please note that we do not ship any chemical products in volumes exceeding 5 liters per container. Furthermore, while we may initially confirm shipping availability to your location, all deliveries remain subject to final carrier approval. Due to evolving safety regulations and individual courier restrictions regarding Dangerous Goods, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery to every address even within our standard service zones.

Return

TEM IMPORTS must be advised within 48hrs of the receipt of order for any Faulty or Incorrect goods. Please email us immediately to info@temimports.com.au with your order number, description of issue and photo of said issue. The Return Note can assist you with your return, we strive to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

Folding & Assembly Guide

Machine Parameter Settings

1. Vacuum Time: Set to 20–30 seconds (adjust based on machine pump strength and liquid content).

2. Sealing Time: Set to 1.5–2.5 seconds (standard setting for 80-micron Nylon/PE bags).

3. Cooling Time: Set to 2.0–3.0 seconds to allow the plastic seal to solidify before the chamber pressurizes.
