Specifications
Bake-In Capability: CAN NOT BE DIRECTLY BAKED. When using a water bath (bain-marie), ensure water levels reach roughly half the height of the container wall for uniform heat distribution.

Oven Temperature: Bake up to standard crème caramel/custard temperatures (typically up to 180°C / 350°F). Ensure the heat source is evenly distributed.
Are these cups reusable or single-use?: They are designed as convenient, recyclable single-use items for catering. However, due to their sturdy build, they can be hand-washed and reused if desired.

Matching Flat Lid: Sold Separately and only apply lids after the product has cooled down to avoid condensation buildup on the inner lid surface.

We offer nationwide chemical shipping, subject to strict container size limits and carrier regulations. Please note that we do not ship any chemical products in volumes exceeding 5 liters per container. Furthermore, while we may initially confirm shipping availability to your location, all deliveries remain subject to final carrier approval. Due to evolving safety regulations and individual courier restrictions regarding Dangerous Goods, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery to every address even within our standard service zones.
Return
TEM IMPORTS must be advised within 48hrs of the receipt of order for any Faulty or Incorrect goods. Please email us immediately to info@temimports.com.au with your order number, description of issue and photo of said issue. The Return Note can assist you with your return, we strive to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
