Specifications

Temperature Use: Safe for serving hot food up to 120°C. For extreme high-heat liquids or deep-fried foods served directly from oil, allow a brief rest period before serving.

Microwave Reheating: Microwave-safe up to 3 minutes at high power. Ensure any external film or lid used in conjunction with the tray is also microwave-rated.

Filling & Portioning: Designed to handle hot foods straight from fryers or warmers up to 120°C. For extremely greasy items (e.g., dripping hot wings), using an greaseproof liner sheet prolongs box rigidity during long deliveries.

Due to evolving safety regulations and individual courier restrictions regarding Dangerous Goods, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery to every address even within our standard service zones.

Return

TEM IMPORTS must be advised within 48hrs of the receipt of order for any Faulty or Incorrect goods. Please email us immediately to info@temimports.com.au with your order number, description of issue and photo of said issue.
