Storage Guide: Store in a cool, clean, and dry environment. Acrylic and plastic containers should be kept out of direct sunlight. To prevent shrinkage or deformation, avoid exposing packaging to excessive temperatures. Please note that different products may react differently depending on storage conditions.

Assembly & Filling: Allow hot ingredients (such as warm espresso soak or ganache) to cool completely before filling to maintain plastic clarity.

Do Not Microwave: This container is designed for chilled or room-temperature desserts only; do not expose to direct heat sources or microwave ovens.

Please note that we do not ship any chemical products in volumes exceeding 5 liters per container. Furthermore, while we may initially confirm shipping availability to your location, all deliveries remain subject to final carrier approval. Due to evolving safety regulations and individual courier restrictions regarding Dangerous Goods, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery to every address even within our standard service zones.
Return
TEM IMPORTS must be advised within 48hrs of the receipt of order for any Faulty or Incorrect goods. Please email us immediately to info@temimports.com.au with your order number, description of issue and photo of said issue. The Return Note can assist you with your return, we strive to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
