Our 89mm Pressure-Sensitive Cap Liners feature a torque-activated coating that bonds directly to the lip of glass, plastic, and metal containers when the cap is screwed down tight. Ideal for small businesses, artisan crafters, and commercial packaging operations, this 100-pack provides a clean, professional inner seal for wide-mouth jars, canisters, and bottles.

No Machinery Needed: Self-adhesive foam liners seal via torque pressure from the container cap—no heat guns or induction sealers required.
Universal Compatibility: Sticks securely to glass, HDPE, PET, PP, PVC, and polystyrene containers.
Tamper-Indicating Protection: Leaves a visible protective barrier printed with "Sealed for Your Protection" (or plain white options) to build customer confidence.
Preserves Freshness: Blocks dust, dirt, and ambient moisture from degrading dry contents during transit and storage.
Standard Wide-Mouth Fit: Perfectly sized for industry-standard 89mm (89-400) neck finishes, wide-mouth mason jars, powder tubs, and body butter jars.

Not Recommended For: High-viscosity liquids under pressure, oil-heavy liquids, or hot fills

Storage Guide: Keep liners away from direct sunlight, UV exposure, and radiant heat sources (like radiators or heat-shrink tunnels). UV rays degrade the polystyrene foam structure.

Avoid Stacking Heavy Objects: Do not place heavy equipment or excessive boxes on top of the liners. Mechanical weight can trigger premature adhesive bonding between stacked liners.

Dangerous Goods & Delivery Terms

We offer nationwide chemical shipping, subject to strict container size limits and carrier regulations. Please note that we do not ship any chemical products in volumes exceeding 5 liters per container. Furthermore, while we may initially confirm shipping availability to your location, all deliveries remain subject to final carrier approval. Due to evolving safety regulations and individual courier restrictions regarding Dangerous Goods, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery to every address even within our standard service zones.

Return

TEM IMPORTS must be advised within 48hrs of the receipt of order for any Faulty or Incorrect goods. Please email us immediately to info@temimports.com.au with your order number, description of issue and photo of said issue. The Return Note can assist you with your return, we strive to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

Folding & Assembly Guide

Follow these steps to ensure a firm, airtight bond every time you package your products.

Ensure the container rim is 100% clean, dry, and free of oil, liquid, or dust.
Any residue on the rim will prevent the pressure-sensitive adhesive from bonding properly.

Insert the liner into the cap with the printed side ("Sealed for Your Protection") facing up toward the top of the cap, or directly center it over the mouth of the jar.
Ensure the liner sits flat and unbent across the rim.

Screw the lid firmly onto the jar. The mechanical pressure generated by closing the lid activates the pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Hand-tighten with firm, even force.

Leave the cap securely tightened for at least 12 to 24 hours at room temperature before disturbing or removing the lid.
This resting period allows the adhesive to cure completely against the jar rim for maximum adhesion and seal strength.
