Product Description

Designed for high clarity and maximum storage capacity, this 1000mL (32 oz) clear PET plastic jar combines glass-like aesthetics with shatterproof durability. Featuring a wide 89mm neck finish and straight vertical sides, this container offers easy filling, labeling, and product retrieval. The included metal continuous-thread (CT) lid creates a tight seal to preserve freshness and protect contents from moisture and contaminants.

Whether packaging cosmetic body butters, bath salts, dry foods, pantry staples, or industrial compounds, this versatile jar delivers a professional, retail-ready presentation.

Key Features

Glass-Like Clarity: Crystal-clear PET construction puts your product front and center.
Wide 89mm Opening: Enables easy access for spoons, scoops, hands, and automated filling equipment.
Straight-Sided Design: Vertical walls maximize internal volume and provide a flat surface for seamless 360° label application.
Secure Metal Screw Closure: Durable, lined metal lid offers an airtight seal to lock in freshness and prevent leaks.
Shatterproof & Lightweight: Reduces freight costs and eliminates transit breakage compared to heavy glass alternatives.
Food-Grade & BPA-Free: Safe for consumable products, personal care formulations, and dry goods.

Specifications

Please Note: Due to the nature of the manufacturing process jar may have light scratches or marks. This will not affect its use and is not considered a fault.

Cool Before Filling: Allow hot-process formulations (like melted body balms or hot sauces) to cool below 55°C (131°F) before pouring into the jar to prevent heat deformation.

Avoid Solvents: PET plastic is compatible with a wide range of water-based and oil-based products, but it is not recommended for high-concentration essential oils, acetone, or strong chemical solvents.

Storage Guide: To be stored in a cool, clean and dry environment. Bottles and jars are to be stored out of direct sunlight. To avoid the possibility of shrinking and deformation, packaging should not be stored in excessive temperatures. Please bear in mind that different products will behave differently depending on the conditions they are subject to.

Pressure Seal Liners: Sold Separately (See Compatible Products).
