    Hot Filling: When filling with hot jam or honey, leave approximately 5mm of headspace at the top.

    Safety & Storage: Avoid thermal shock—never pour boiling liquids directly into cold glass; allow glass to adjust to room temperature first. Store filled jars in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
    Cleaning & Sterilisation: Wash glass body in warm soapy water before first use. To sterilise for food preservation, submerge the glass jar in boiling water for 10 minutes or run it through a high-heat dishwasher cycle. Hand wash lid with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly immediately with a clean cloth. Avoid soaking lids for extended periods to prevent rust spots on non-coated edges.

    Fragile Item Notice: As this is a fragile glass product, there is always a small risk of damage during transportation. We carefully pack and cushion all fragile items as securely as possible before dispatch. However, any breakage is most likely to occur during transit and is unfortunately beyond our control.

    We offer nationwide chemical shipping, subject to strict container size limits and carrier regulations. Please note that we do not ship any chemical products in volumes exceeding 5 liters per container. Furthermore, while we may initially confirm shipping availability to your location, all deliveries remain subject to final carrier approval. Due to evolving safety regulations and individual courier restrictions regarding Dangerous Goods, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery to every address even within our standard service zones.
    Return
    TEM IMPORTS must be advised within 48hrs of the receipt of order for any Faulty or Incorrect goods. Please email us immediately to info@temimports.com.au with your order number, description of issue and photo of said issue. The Return Note can assist you with your return, we strive to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
