How to Use

1. Cut the acetate strip to match the circumference of your cake mold, leaving a 2-inch overlap.

2. Place the strip inside your ring mold or wrap it directly around your baked cake base.

3. Secure the outer overlapping edge with a small piece of clear tape.

4. Fill your mold with mousse, cream, or dessert layers and allow to set in the fridge or freezer.

5. Once set, peel away the tape and gently remove the collar to reveal razor-sharp edges.

Note: Acetate film is not heat-resistant. Do not use inside an oven or expose to direct flame.
