Specifications

Temperature Use: Safe for serving hot food up to 120°C. For extreme high-heat liquids or deep-fried foods served directly from oil, allow a brief rest period before serving.

Microwave Reheating: Microwave-safe up to 3 minutes at high power. Ensure any external film or lid used in conjunction with the tray is also microwave-rated.

Furthermore, while we may initially confirm shipping availability to your location, all deliveries remain subject to final carrier approval. Due to evolving safety regulations and individual courier restrictions regarding Dangerous Goods, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery to every address even within our standard service zones.

Return

TEM IMPORTS must be advised within 48hrs of the receipt of order for any Faulty or Incorrect goods. Please email us immediately to info@temimports.com.au with your order number, description of issue and photo of said issue. The Return Note can assist you with your return, we strive to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
