Specifications

Please Note: Due to the nature of the manufacturing process bottle may have light scratches or marks. This will not affect its use and is not considered a fault.

Temperature Limit: Ensure liquid temperature is below 60°C (140°F) prior to filling.
Leave at least 15–20mm of expansion room at the neck area, especially if freezing or cold-storing carbonated/fermenting liquids.

Storage Guide: To be stored in a cool, clean and dry environment. Bottles and jars are to be stored out of direct sunlight. To avoid the possibility of shrinking and deformation, packaging should not be stored in excessive temperatures. Please bear in mind that different products will behave differently depending on the conditions they are subject to.

Due to evolving safety regulations and individual courier restrictions regarding Dangerous Goods, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery to every address even within our standard service zones.

Return

TEM IMPORTS must be advised within 48hrs of the receipt of order for any Faulty or Incorrect goods. Please email us immediately to info@temimports.com.au with your order number, description of issue and photo of said issue.
