Keep in Original Packaging: Leave the boards in their original protective sleeve or box until you are ready to use them. This protects the reflective silver foil from dust, scratches, and accidental grease splashes in busy kitchens.

Avoid Extreme Temperature Shifts: Keep stock away from direct heat sources, ovens, or extreme cold to prevent the foil laminate from bubbling or separating from the cardboard base.

Please note that we do not ship any chemical products in volumes exceeding 5 liters per container. Furthermore, while we may initially confirm shipping availability to your location, all deliveries remain subject to final carrier approval. Due to evolving safety regulations and individual courier restrictions regarding Dangerous Goods, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery to every address even within our standard service zones.

Return

TEM IMPORTS must be advised within 48hrs of the receipt of order for any Faulty or Incorrect goods. Please email us immediately to info@temimports.com.au with your order number, description of issue and photo of said issue. The Return Note can assist you with your return, we strive to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
