Specifications

Check Pastry Base Size: Measure the bottom diameter of your baked mooncake. The ideal base width should be 55mm to 62mm to allow easy placement into the 65mm tray without crowding.

Check Weight Class: Perfect for 50g to 65g mooncake molds. For larger 75g–100g pastries, select our 80mm or 90mm tray options.

Cooling Period: Allow baked mooncakes to cool completely to room temperature before placing them into the trays. This helps prevent condensation build-up and reduces the risk of the tray material becoming deformed.

Due to evolving safety regulations and individual courier restrictions regarding Dangerous Goods, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery to every address even within our standard service zones.

Return

TEM IMPORTS must be advised within 48hrs of the receipt of order for any Faulty or Incorrect goods. Please email us immediately to info@temimports.com.au with your order number, description of issue and photo of said issue. The Return Note can assist you with your return, we strive to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
